New Pioneers Project was delighted to celebrate a special achievement as our clients successfully completed their Customer Service Level 2 course, delivered by Rochdale Training.
Completing a recognised qualification takes commitment, determination and hard work. Throughout the course, participants developed valuable customer service knowledge, practical workplace skills and greater confidence to support their future career journeys.
The celebration provided a wonderful opportunity to recognise everyone’s progress and present certificates to those who completed the programme. We are incredibly proud of every participant and all the effort they put into achieving their qualification.
